We advise on residential mortgages and remortgages, product transfers, first-time buyer, buy-to-let and holiday let mortgages, self-employed and contractor mortgages, mortgages after credit problems, shared ownership, and later life lending, including retirement interest-only mortgages. We also arrange bridging loans, commercial finance and second charge loans, and advise on life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, business protection, buildings and contents insurance and private health insurance.
We don't advise on equity release ourselves. Lifetime mortgages are referred to a qualified partner, who advises you directly. We don't offer home reversion plans.
